Hi, I’m Milan. I have around 9 years of overall IT experience, including 5 years in DevOps and SRE. My experience includes managing production environments, CI/CD pipelines, cloud and Kubernetes platforms, monitoring, and automation using tools like Azure, Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, and Linux. I have experience with ITSM processes, including incident, problem, and change management, focusing on resolving production issues, improving reliability, and preventing recurring incidents. I’m also exploring AI and its application in DevOps and SRE, particularly how AI can help with incident analysis, alert noise reduction, root cause identification, and operational automation. I’m passionate about solving technical problems, reducing manual effort through automation, and continuously improving system reliability.
